Hiya Al! It's me, Jimmy!

So, you remember that Bulbasaur egg you gave me? He's been hatched for a while and he's real sweet. He gets along with all of my other Pokemon without a problem. ...but I actually haven't been able to think of a name for him yet? And it's gettin' kinda weird, just callin' him Bulbasaur all the time. I don't think he minds it, really, but I think he deserves a nickname like everyone else. I just can't think of one for some reason...

You got any ideas?

Oh, I've had that problem tons of times! I always wanna give them a good name, but it can be really hard to figure one out sometimes.

I guess you could name him after a tree or plant...what's his personality like?

That's what I was thinking! But...I don't really know of all that many trees and plants.

He's really cuddly! He likes it when I play with him and let him sleep on the bed or in my lap. And like I said, he gets along really good with my other Pokemon. He doesn't seem to really be all that shy...he's pretty outgoing.

Oooh...those do sound good! I like the sound of Cypress and Hawthorn a lot, but I dunno which I like better. Maybe I should ask him and see what he thinks?

I've been doing great! I'm in Ecruteak right now, and it's SO COOL! There's so many historical sites to see, and the dance theaters are really cool! How have you been doing?

I've heard it is, but I'm more concerned that I kinda...jumped the curve, if that makes sense? My team is at level 100, but this is only the fourth gym, right? It kinda feels like cheating.
